Patricia Nation Endorses Leslie Rutledge for Attorney General
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 23, 2014) – Frontrunner candidate from the May 20th Preferential Primary Election, Leslie Rutledge, was endorsed today by former fellow Republican Attorney General Candidate, Patricia Nation. 
Nation said, "I am proud to put my support behind Leslie Rutledge's candidacy for Attorney General because she has the right experience for Arkansas. Leslie is very knowledgeable about the role of the Attorney General and has a proven record in public service. Her broad legal expertise combined with her strength, character and energy make her the only choice moving forward to win in November. I encourage every Arkansas voter to put their trust behind Leslie Rutledge as I have and vote for her in the upcoming Primary Runoff on June 10th."

About Leslie Rutledge
A native Arkansan, Rutledge graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and received her law degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. She began her legal career as Clerk for Arkansas Court of Appeals Judge Josephine Hart, now Associate Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court. She served as a Deputy Prosecutor for the State of Arkansas and then as Deputy Counsel for Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee and Legal Counsel on the Mike Huckabee for President Campaign. Rutledge also worked as Legal Counsel for the Republican National Committee. She is currently practicing law at The Rutledge Firm, PLLC, in Little Rock.
