RADICAL ELIZABETH WARREN NEEDS MARK PRYOR IN THE SENATE

Pryor happy to fundraise with Massachusetts Senator who supports European-style “universal single-payer healthcare”
Little Rock, Arkansas —
Having been out-raised in four straight reporting periods by Tom Cotton, Senator Mark Pryor is turning to help from his Washington ally Elizabeth Warren, a notoriously liberal Senator whose views are radically out-of-touch with Arkansas.
Warren sent a fundraising appeal for Pryor yesterday praising him and encouraging supporters to “do everything you can to reelect Mark Pryor.”
But a quick look at Warren’s record shows how radically out-of-touch with Arkansans she is:
Warren Supports European-Style, Single-Payer
Warren Said Single-Payer Health Care Was “The Most Obvious” Solution To America’s Health Care Problems. “We approach the health care debates from a single perspective: maintaining the financial stability of families confronting illness or injury. The most obvious solution would be universal single-payer health care. This would allow people to get the care they need – without risking bankruptcy to pay for it. No more credit card debt at 29.9 percent interest to pay for drugs; no more second mortgages to pay for a hospital admission; no more dealing with debt collectors who garnish wages and threaten to put liens on homes. Single-payer care would also free families from dependence on an employer’s plan and make certain that everyone is covered whether or not they are employed.” (Deborah Thorne and Elizabeth Warren, “Get Sick, Go Broke,” Edited By Jacob S. Hacker, Health At Risk, 2008, p. 76-77)
Warren Is The “Intellectual Founder” Of The Radical Occupy Movement
Warren Claimed She “Created Much Of The Intellectual Foundation” For The Radical Occupy Movement. “Elizabeth Warren is running for office in the most high-profile race in the country not involving Barack Obama. It’s a position that calls for some tact. So what does she think about the Occupy Wall Street protests that are roiling the country? ‘I created much of the intellectual foundation for what they do,’ she says. ‘I support what they do.’” (Samuel P. Jacobs, “Warren Takes Credit for Occupy Wall Street,” Daily Beast, 10/24/11)
A Leading Democratic Think Tank Said Elizabeth Warren’s Message Was “Catastrophically Antibusiness”
Leading Democratic Think Tank: “‘If You Listened Only To Elizabeth Warren, The Message Was Catastrophically Antibusiness,’ said Matt Bennett, co-founder of Third Way, a centrist Democratic group. That ‘further drives a wedge between business and Democrats that may not be fair but is the way business perceives things,’ he said. ‘And making voters into victims is not a winning strategy.’” (Jackie Calmes, “Democrats Face A Juggling Act Over Jobs,” The New York Times, 9/8/12)
The U.S. Chamber Of Commerce Said Warren “Represents A Greater Threat To Free Enterprise” Than Any Other Candidate In 2012
Chamber Of Commerce: “No Other Candidate In 2012 Represents A Greater Threat To Free Enterprise Than Professor Warren.”(WBZ, 8/17/12)
Cotton campaign manager Justin Brasell said: “Given Senator Pryor’s staunch support for Obamacare, it’s not too surprising that he would ask for help from a supporter of a government run, single-payer healthcare system. This is just the latest sign that he is totally out-of-touch with Arkansas.”
